9 Months Photo Shoot.

I took so many photos of you this week at a local garden. Like 400. I am going to call it a nine month photo shoot and pretend that I did it on purpose. You were just so photogenic and the lighting was so good that I kept clicking! Here are many of the photos.

This was a reallu fun activity for me.  Thanks for being so willing to smile.

Milestone: Watermelon Time!

Let the record state that Daniel was very unsure about this new food.

It took some coaxing for him to even touch the melon.

It was just so slippery.

More got on his shirt than into his hands.

I kept cheering for him to try some more.

And he kept considering it.

He sucked on it a little and then giggled.

It was messy and sticky, and I forgot to get him bibbed up.

It make him happy to have a messy snack.

Watermelon is a summer time staple in our house.

And a real treat.

Notice that there is only a little melon left on the tray - the rest is in his belly!

I got some great shots of Daniel at a park yesterday, and when I
started to view them on the computer, I realized I was looking at a
little boy! He is really growing up!

Hello from Daniel!

This is the first time I've noticed him waving. We were at a local
garden and he was waving at an elderly couple. He made their day!

Its May! Its Daniel's 9th month of life, too. He is busy exploring
everything, tasting new foods, making new sounds, and grinning with
some new teeth.
